Well right now I can run 6 miles in one hour. Currently 32 years old and have been running outside for about 2 years and on a treadmill for years. HmI have been branching out to running outside mostly as the summer is here. I enjoy the weather, the scenery and people passing by while I run. It keeps myself feeling good mentally and keeps my weight down physically. It is a win win. I am wondering how I can better myself and my times and gain lots of endurance. I would like to run a full marathon eventually. How many years do I have and I don't want to have injuries :)

Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to accomplish a half marathon at the moment. Than a full and than qualify for a big marathon. I want to be the best I can be. I want to shock myself. Very determined and willing to give it my all.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I expect to exceed all my short term goals and than have a injury free existence in the running world as I age :)
